C’è qualche ottimista che,alla fine del primo tempo,si sarebbe giocato l’1-3?..Se si,mi contatti,perchè mi servirebbe un terno secco.
Il Genoa preziosiano si presenta al match che può valere una stagione con gli uomini contati,un centravanti di meno,e un pullman di acquisti parcheggiato davanti al Baluardo.
Prandelli,novello Panoramix,deve inventarsi la pozione con quello che c’è.E allora ecco la mediana dei sogni Romulo-Veloso-Rolon,con Bessa e Lazovic a supporto del prossimo manzo in offerta,Kouamè.Dietro,Prandelli si affida ai centrali Romero-Zukanovic e agli esterni Biraschi e Criscito.L’inizio del Genoa non è malvagio,tanto che,al quarto d’ora,dopo un sostanziale equilibrio,Kouamè “uccella” il diretto avversario e ci porta in vantaggio.A quel punto,la partita,che sembrava mettersi al meglio,diventa,di fatto,un incubo.I padroni di casa,preso agevolmente possesso della mediana,cominciano a sbucare da tutte le parti,soprattutto sugli esterni,dove Pasqual e De Lorenzo,al cospetto di Lazovic e Bessa,sembrano Marcelo e Maicon.
Radu ci tiene a galla in almeno 3 circostanze,ed in altrettante,sono i maldestri avanti toscani a divorarsi ghiotte opportunità.Noi,a parte un sussulto di Romulo,non pervenuti.
Nonostante tutto,si riesce ad andare all’intervallo in vantaggio.Ripresa e Prandelli dimostra di essere un grande lettore di partite.Scherma la difesa con 2 play bassi,e mette 3 giocatori dietro a Kouame.Risultato:Iachini non ci capisce più niente ed il Genoa prende in mano la partita in maniera inaspettata e,per certi versi,clamorosa,vista come s’era interrotta la prima frazione.Nel nostro momento migliore,Radu,fino a quel momento perfetto,commette l’ennesimo patatrak,facendosi sfuggire un cross tutt’altro che pericoloso.De Lorenzo ci punisce nel primo tiro dei padroni di casa del secondo tempo.Ma il Genoa è,come dicono gli inglesi “on fire”,e riprende a macinare gioco.Iachini leva Krunic e l’Empoli sparisce dal campo.Lazovic,fino a quel momento il peggiore,va a destra e vince la partita.Prima girando nel sette un delizioso assist di Bessa dopo un devastante coast to coast,e poi regalando un cioccolatino a Sanabria,arrivato ieri dalla Spagna,e già nel tabellino dei marcatori.Meno male che il mercato è quasi finito,verrebbe da dire.
La partita finisce qui,l’Empoli esce tra i fischi ed il Genoa tra gli applausi.Primo tempo pessimo,ma secondo di grandissimo livello.Prandelli può solo migliorare.
