Tra i due corrono quasi trent’anni ed una ventina di partite in A come allenatori.Ma la vera differenza lo fa il carisma,il fatto di aver visto,vissuto e vinto a certi livelli.L’esperienza del campo,il saper cogliere l’attimo,percepire i sentimenti dei calciatori a disposizione,esaltare gli aspetti positivi e motivarli.Questo deve fare un allenatore.Se poi è bravo anche tatticamente,allora è Guardiola .Al buon Aurelio,mi verrebbe da fare un paio di domande.Giusto un paio.Gumus e Agudelo erano tanto peggio di Favilli,Sanabria,Lerager o Saponara?e Radovanovic era cosi imprescindibile,tanto da esaltarlo manco fosse Xavi, mortificando un asso arrivato con una semifinale di champions sulle spalle?.Chi scrive non è diplomato a Coverciano,ma anche i sassi vedevano che il serbo ed il danese,in quel centrocampo non potevano coesistere.Motta ci ha messo 45 minuti a capirlo,ad Andreazzoli non sono bastati quasi 4 mesi.

E’ bastato ridisegnare un pò la squadra,mettere forze fresche con la testa sgombra,una discreta dose di sorte,e alla fine s’è vinto una partita che,per un tempo,il primo,è stata un’agonia,con la squadra ancora irretita dalle 5 scoppole prese a Parma.Il Brescia è una squadra mediocre,occorre dirlo.Se Balotelli è il Balotelli visto stasera,credo che le rondinelle avranno parecchi problemi a togliersi dalla bassa classifica,ma tant’è,era riuscito a passare in vantaggio con una pennellata(voluta?)del loro fenomeno.Un clone di Pirlo.Noi,non pervenuti.Solito titic totoc al limite della nostra aerea con più di un rischio corso,e davanti quasi nulli,nonostante l’impegno e la dedizione di un buon Gumus.Ripresa e la panchina vince la partita.Entrano in rapida successione Agudelo per il fuoriclasse Radovanovic,Kouame per uno spentissimo Lerager e Pandev per uno stremato Gumus.Il giovane sudamericano è tarantolato,azzanna tutti,e si va a prendere il gol grazie anche alla caparbietà di Pinamonti.Pochi minuti e Kouame(che aveva già preso una traversa)si e ci regala uno dei gol più belli visti a Marassi negli ultimi anni.Cross di Ghiglione e “bicicletta” nell’angolo.Genoa che ormai gioca sul velluto,Schone prende in mano la squadra senza il fardello vicino,il Brescia è stordito,e Pandev,regala al suo nuovo tecnico,ex compagno di squadra nell’Inter del triplete,il successo con un sinistro sotto l’incrocio.Si finisce tra gli applausi,sperando solo che non sia stata la classica partita dell’illusione.

RADU 6:Sul gol si può discutere,ma Tonali leva la ragnatela.Qualche brivido con la palla nei piedi ed un paratone nel finale su Donnarumma

GHIGLIONE 6:arretrato nella difesa a 4,ci mette un tempo a capirne i meccanismi.Ripresa sugli scudi

ZAPATA 6,5:Sbaglia poco e niente

ROMERO 6:mezzo voto in meno perchè riesce sempre a farsi ammonire,anche quando non fa falli

ANKERSEN 6:deve giocare e prendere confidenza,però pare un giocatore affidabile

RADOVANOVIC 5:Le sue migliori partite sono coincise con sonore sconfitte.Speriamo si sia capito

SCHONE 6,5:Appena rimesso nel suo ruolo,quello di play basso,ha cominciato a dettare i tempi,con la palla che ha cominciato a girare più velocemente.E finalmente s’è visto anche al tiro

GUMUS 6,5:Mezzo voto in più perchè nel marasma del primo tempo,è stato l’unico a cercare di scuotere la squadra

CASSATA 5,5:Da rivedere.Non mi sembra un giocatore pronto per la massima categoria.

LERAGER 5:una delle prestazioni peggiori dell’anno.

PINAMONTI 6,5:Per come ha interpretato il secondo tempo,per come ha lottato e recuperato quel pallone destinato sul fondo,che,a cose viste,ha cambiato la partita

AGUDELO 7:Per una volta You tube non ci ha fregati.Questo ragazzo ha tutto per diventare un giocatore importante.Cambio di passo,accelerazioni,grinta e tecnica.

Andreazzoliiiiiiiiiiiii dove sei???

KOUAME 7,5:Come si suol dire in questi casi.Entra e spacca la partita.Una traversa,un gol da cineteca e l’assist per Pandev.Serve altro?

MOTTA 7:Thiagone…ti ho amato(seppur brevemente)come giocatore.L’augurio è che tu riesca a lasciare il segno anche come allenatore.Le stimmate ce l’hai.
